Today,
went for training,
i think i over do,
I think i pull my muscle.
Its damn la,
Run half way,
cannot make it le,
So started doing strectching,
And back to run,
Then run awhile jiu stop le,
Then went to do conditioning,
Do until leg and hand cramp.
PAIN PAIN PAIN !
Then went mac after training,
slack there till 7 plus,
Then went take bus to compass,
Saw JH at there,
He did not talk to me as my sis was there,
Paisehh arhh..
Then walk out to take bus,
Then reach my stop,
Went to NTUC ,
Bought stuff,
And off i go!
HOMED !
Then now here posting.
